Homestead Remodeling & Consulting, LLC is a local home remodeling company performing work in the twin cities. Our office is conveniently located in the Woodbury/St. Paul area, right off Hwy 94. We are a busy small company looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person who enjoys being on the phone. The job includes making calls to current leads received through referrals and calling in to our office, calling past customers and leads, gathering information and screening potential customers, setting and confirming appointments, and accurately entering data and maintaining our customer data base.
We are a conscientious, customer focused small team and we enjoy a casual office environment while taking our work seriously. We will train the right person in specific industry knowledge necessary and in our customer management program. You need to be reliable and motivated, a good communicator who is confident in talking with customers, be teachable, and be self-directed in your work style.
We are open to this position ranging from approximately 12-15 hours a week, up to a range of 25-30. This means that we are flexible; it can be an ideal part time job or a more full time position for the right person. Minimum requirements are that you can work until 7:00pm Wednesday and Thursday evenings and 9:00am-1:00pm on some Saturdays (approximately every other). Compensation is hourly with bonuses available after 30 days based on performance.
